Domestic type full automatic softening systems,
compactly designed with a cabinet for low consumptions.
Salt and mineral tanks exist in places separately in
classic softening systems. Because of that systems seem
unpleasant and cover more places. In these systems
automation valve, salt and mineral tanks put into one
cabinet. Cabinet systems have timer and volumeeetric

Cationic resins used in full automatic systems for
removing hardness. The trunk of the systems are from
polyethylene and they have covered with epoxy resin. If
demand trunks can be produced from stainless steel,
epoxy or galvanized covered carbon steel. They have
obtain optimum solutions for tap and brackish water
softening. They can obtain consumption capacities from 1
m³/h to 50 m³/h. With this consumption space they are
useful systems with pleasure for homes ans industries
for years. For higher capacities we project special
designs. With their full automatic valves, they do all
service, backwash and regeneration operations by
themselves and they don’t need human interference.
Automation valves are full PVC or PVC and brass. These
serie softening systems have timer and volumetric types. |

These series
designed for industries which have high consumption and for
cities. They have stainless steal, epoxy or galvanize
covered carbon steal tanks. This serie can use with one
trunk for consumptions from 40 m³/h to 200 m³/h. The
diaphragm valves from 3” to 8” control with special control
mechanisms. They produced suitable for using with collector
systems for more high capacities. Still this series have
doublex and volumetric types. With their full automatic
valves, they do all service, backwash and regeneration
operations by themselves and they don’t need human
interference. |

Doublex
systems are suitable and economic for industries which need
water for 24 hour and for softening water which have very
high hardness. Systems are formed with 2 resin tank and a
doublex valve. The working principle of the system is, one
of the resin tank which achieve satisfaction start to
regeneration and the other one get into service and this
principle turn into other. So system give soft water for 24
hour continuously. With their full automatic valves, they do
all service, backwash and regeneration operations by
themselves and they don’t need human interference. This
series trunks are from polyethylene and they have covered
with epoxy resin. They have standard models from 1 m³/h to
50 m³/h consumptions. |
