Ultraviolet disinfection system is used to kill the virus, bacteria , fungus which make disease by exposed to UV rays. There won’t be any differences on the taste and composition of water because of not to use any chemical material and heat. Killing of microorganisms dependes on the density and contact time of UV rays. 254 nm wave lenght UV rays, destroy all micrrorganisms a rate of 99%

PLS Serisi Yüksek Kapasiteli Ultraviole Def.Sist.

In this serie ultraviolet systems presented with treatment groups. The sediment filter in the first grade remove sediments by filtration. Teh activated carbon in the second grade remove, smell, taste, chlorine etc. The resin in the third grade remove hardness. At least the UV lamp in the fourth grade disinfect water bacteriologically. Depended on the usage necessity this serie can produce 2, 3 and 4 graded. They are very suitable for homeuses. In this serie the models can cover from 500 lt/h to 2500 lt/h consumptions. System can work between 0,5-7 bar operating pressures.

Ozone is a special form of oxygen. Ozone obtained by exposing very high electric voltage from oxygen in air. Also pure oxygen is used for obtaining ozone. Ozone is a very strong disinfectant that can kill bacterias and viruses with very small dosing amounts in a few minute contact times. Else ozone have a utility that can improving the taste and smell of water. They are suitable for high capacity foundations due to high producing costs.

Ozone disinfection systems can find many usage places in textile (color removingi disinfection), paper (bleaching, waster water disinfection), kaolin (clay bleaching), medicine (waste treatment, biocid, CIP), chemical (production and waste water oxydation), cooling towers (preventing biocid and stone formation), semiconductor (disinfection of waste water, DI water, CIP) sectors ; air treatment, bottling foundations, pool water treatment, aquariums, hospitals, lake water treatment, food and beverage production and waste water treatment foundations.

For bottling water foundations there are 1-30 GPM compact ozone disinfection systems

In our models there are 0,25 gr/h to 16 gr/h, 16gr/h to 51 gr/h and 5 gr/h to 240 gr/h ozone producing generators.

We can project generators from 0,1 gr/h to 10.000 gr/h
